Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery takes 5–11 business days; many items ship from our US warehouses and arrive faster.

How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $8.00. Orders over $100 ship free. Express shipping is available at checkout for $15.00.

How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships. If it hasn't arrived within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder — then reach out to us.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us at support@avgiglow.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to change or cancel it.

My order arrived damaged or wrong.
We're sorry! Email support@avgiglow.com within 14 days with a photo of the item, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?
First order? Our Glow Guarantee has you covered: if a product doesn't work for your skin, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — even if it's been opened and used. For later orders, unused, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare can't be returned unless it's damaged or defective. How do I start a return?
Email support@avgiglow.com with your order number. We'll send return instructions within 1–2 business days.

When will I get my refund?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.

How do I build a routine?
The classic K-beauty order: cleanse → tone → treat (serum) → moisturize. Check our Trends & Guides page for full morning and evening routines matched to our products.

Should I patch test?
Yes — especially with active ingredients like vitamin C, AHA, or PDRN. Apply a small amount behind your ear or on your inner wrist and wait 24 hours before full use.

Are your products eligible for HSA/FSA?
Our Silky-Fit Sun Stick SPF 50 may be eligible under many plans (sunscreen SPF 15+). Eligibility varies by plan — check with your provider.

Beauty Rewards

How does the rewards program work?
Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent, plus 200 points just for creating an account. Redeem 500 points for $5 off, 900 points for $10 off, or 800 points for free shipping. Tap the Rewards button on any page to join or check your balance.
