You can cancel your order free of charge any time BEFORE it has shipped. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled — but you can return it within 30 days after it is delivered.
Before your order ships
Send us your order number using the Request Cancellation button above (or email support@avgiglow.com). If the order has not shipped yet, we will cancel it and refund you in full.
After your order ships
Orders in transit cannot be cancelled. Please wait until your package is delivered.
